Missed/Unused Class Policy

Payments for monthly memberships, drop-in classes, and workshops are noncancelable.  A credit may be applied against a future class or workshop within thirty (30) days from the date of the original missed class or workshop.

Class Cancellation Policy

If it is necessary to cancel a regularly scheduled class or workshop due to conditions such as adverse weather or power failure, the studio will use its best efforts to send a cancellation notice by email to its current members, and to post the cancellation notice on mindbody and on its social media sites at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled class or workshop.

Students who have paid for a studio-cancelled drop-in class or workshop may apply their payment as an unused credit toward a future regularly scheduled class or workshop within ninety (90) days from the date of the original class or workshop, or if requested may receive a full refund of unused fees within ninety (90) days from the date of the original class or workshop.

Non-Discrimination Statement and Conduct Policy

Potomac Flow Yoga does not permit and will not tolerate any teachers, members, independent contractors, students or others to harass and/or discriminate against any other person because of that person’s race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, pronoun use, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, or any other basis prohibited by law.
